Return Shipment Window
Online returns must be requested within 30 days of shipment and items must be received within 30 days of shipment date. Items received after 30 days or with tags missing or removed cannot be returned.
How to request a return
If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, you can request a return via our Customer Service Team at firstname.lastname@example.org for a full refund within 30 days of the shipment date. To qualify for a refund:
- All items must be include the original security tag and must be in the same condition
- All items are subject to a restocking fee of $1.99
We do not provide returns shipping labels. Items will need to be sent to the following address:

Returns Processing Time
Once your return is received, please all up to five (5) business days to complete the authorization process. Please refer to chart below for refund timing.
